How long does it take to become a MyRIDI Eats partner?
Depending on how many locations you have, it’s possible to become a MyRIDI Eats restaurant partner and start accepting orders in just a few days! You can begin the process by signing up, downloading the App, or logon to MyRIDI.com (register your Home-Based Virtual Restaurant and apply under Food Delivery). We’re excited to hear from you! If you are not able to create an account or are not able to sign up. Send a message to Customerservice@MyRIDI.com. We will do our best to get you up and running.

How does pricing work?
Prices at MyRIDI Eats have two components. The single activation fee includes the entire registration process, welcome, and menu creation of your restaurant. The service fee is calculated as a percentage of each order to the restaurant that is made through MyRIDI Eats, for a limited time only, we are waiving the one-time $299.00 activation fee if you have your own tablet. Who handles each delivery?
The MyRIDI platform cannot connect you with independent drivers, but we give you the option to use the platform to connect your own drivers to deliver to your customers, please understand this is for safety reasons. Traditionally drivers pick up orders from a public restaurant. Because this is your home, we do our best to protect our customers. Because of the MyRIDI APP people are using the MyRIDI platform to order food from your restaurant. You must have your own delivery staff, or you can deliver to your customers, we’re flexible.

This varies from city to city. We can assess delivery coverage and your location to help define the right area for your Home-Based Virtual Restaurant.
